6 Stars Out of 5!!
If my experience is typical, Remotes World gets 6 stars out of 5 (this is not a misprint!). After being told by Maxell that no replacement remote was available for my sound bar, I stumbled upon Remotes World via an internet search. They told me one was available through them. After receiving the remote, one function did not work. It took them three tries (via internet download) to restore the missing function, but now it works perfectly. They never gave up, and communication during the process (which took about three weeks) was excellent. They apparently had to research my specific sound bar, and determine the which code was missing or incorrect. I am very impressed and would recommend them highly!
