Save yourself the stress and money
Okay Update: (see below for original message) I wasn't happy with this software it just didn't work for me and my files. However true to their word (10-12 emails later) I did receive a full refund. Save yourself the stress and money. If I can help one person, I have done my job. Recoverit take the money but don't do their job and help with issues. I have raised a ticket to try and resolve the issue. Nobody has contacted me, instead Arjay has tried creating a new ticket to address my issue, avoid my request for a refund. Disk Drill solved it for me and worked first time, cheaper too.
