Disappointed!!!!!!!
I would really like to give a 5 but I can't. I had issue with my address being wrong. Could not change it on my profile. Companies sending out packages with the wrong address only finding out when I got a phone call from FEDEX how is this even possible? Then, speaking to a clueless robot, Customer Service unable to help me. And, having to cancel all my orders before they go out afraid of them being lost and me paying out lots of money. So, not a good experience. Will give you guys another try if not I will go back with Alixpress who never looses my packages. Have a good day. Disappointed Owner!
