After 3 days they automatically charged 20 euros extra for AI plan, what I did not choose, I did not mark anywhere that I even want this AI plan and did not save any bank details, so seems like they collect all information even if you don't want to. Support just gave a link to theirs privacy policy refund policy and says sorry, no refunds. Good legit scam company. Go around this software and company. Fun fact - Got refunded today, yesterday after review they have send me an email that it will be refunded. Changing from 1 star to 2 stars, it would be 3, but I spent too much time for 20 eur refund.
