Delivery was delayed , but LOVE the sofa set

The order was delayed due to some customs inspection, which made me suspicious of this online purchase. When I spoke with customer care via chat, they assured me of a new delivery date and offered a complimentary gift. Later, the sofa was delivered, and I LOVED the look and feel of it. Suggestion to the company: Please ensure your estimated delivery time is met, as customers do plan around delivery times, like I did.
