worst policy
I booked a ticket, which was twice as expensive as in normal times. I booked it for 9th September 2020 but then I got the ticket for 8th September. Then I called to reschedule my journey and they denied. Then I asked for a refund, they again denied. Even the cancellation was free. I had no choice but to book another ticket again. They didn't even return a penny, despite the ticket being as expensive as an airplane ticket. They said they have no refund and return policy but they never did anything for booking my ticket for the wrong day Worst service and I will never use it
