Ingrams DIY Mr. Cool review 1 month in.
Ingrams seems to be a well run company. Can always and successfully be in contact with them to answer all the questions inherent in a DIY install. My go to person Eric was always very helpful and informative. My total cost was 1/4 of what was quoted to me by a commercial installer. 30 days in I have been quite happy with my minisplits. It was an easy install. Only problem was waiting for the electrician to finally power up the system. I'm expecting big savings over what I pay for oil here in Massachusetts. Hoping the Mr. Cool equipment will prove durable enough to get me through a bunch of heating and cooling seasons. Thanks Ingrams keep up the good work !
