Be prepared to wait longer than the stated shipping date
I was a little bit sceptical about ordering but read the reviews and decided to take a punt. The one criticism I have is that whatever date they give you as a shipping date, be prepared to wait a heck of a lot longer. They are also not proactive in telling you that your order will be shipped significantly later than stated, you have to contact them to find out where it is. I had to contact them twice as they missed both dates they had given. THAT said, if you are prepared to wait 10-14 days, then it's worth the wait. I have a great product at a great price. UPDATE in response to Etoren's reply: When I contacted Etoren on 6th to find out the shipping date (it was past the expected delivery date stated on the website) they told me it would be shipped on the 8th. It wasn't. I contacted them again on the 9th as it had not been shipped nor had I heard from them. I received a reply and the shipping notification on 11th.
