I didn't receive my order
I didn't receive my order, and I'm extremely disappointed. The carrier keeps telling me to wait, while Martube has stopped responding to my emails. I don't want to keep waiting anymore. The delivery driver falsely claimed that I signed for and received the package, which is simply not true. This order was supposed to be a gift, and because of this situation, it completely ruined my plans. After looking into it, I realized I'm not the first customer in France to experience this problem with this carrier's delivery drivers. If you're ordering from France, be aware that this may happen to you as well. Despite my complaints, I still haven't received any meaningful assistance or a refund. I expected much better customer service and support when something goes wrong.
