Fraud, No Customer Care
I placed my order on 4 Sep. and never received an order confirmation email. I tried contacting them via email 2 days later but never received a reply. On the third day, I contacted them through a comment on their last Instagram post. They responded quickly and had their rep reply to my emails. She replied on 7 Sep. and since then I have only received promises, not actual facts. I highly doubt I'll ever receive a thing and I am going to take action through my bank. Edit: I finally received a full refund after a few trues to stall me from doing so and after long waits for delayed customer care replies.
