Wonderful printer, but Needs More Detailed User and Slicer Documentation
Hello, First of all, I am very happy that I chose an Elegoo printer as my first 3D printer, specifically the Centauri Carbon 1 model. The order arrived fairly quickly. I would have appreciated the ability to monitor the shipment in more real time, but I understand that this may not always be possible. I did not give the full 5 stars because I would have liked a more detailed user manual explaining how to properly operate the printer, how to perform maintenance after a certain number of operating hours, and especially a detailed manual for the ELEGOO slicer. It would be very helpful to have clear explanations of the settings—for example, what happens if a specific option is enabled, and what results to expect when choosing certain values. You provided several .gcode files to print as test models, which is a great idea. However, it would be even more useful to also include the detailed slicer settings used to generate those excellent prints. The files printed from the included USB stick came out very well, but when I tried to print something new, I found myself overwhelmed by the large number of settings and, naturally, did not achieve the same results. Thank you very much for an outstanding product, and I hope you will consider my feedback. I truly appreciate your work.
