Great banking system for a small business!
Good experiences all around, simple app that always works. The app lacks some of the info available in the online portal, but that probably makes it better, easier to use. Don't ever use their "rush" payment system! It takes LONGER and they charge a premium for it! I've tried it about 5 times, and it actually DOES NOT work, isn't faster, takes an extra half-day at least to transfer, and they won't respond to my inquiries about the problem. BUT their regular payments are fast,… so it's not a big problem, just an annoyance and the only poor customer experience. Otherwise, great banking system for a small business!
