This place will not register negative reviews of retirement homes. I sent a negative review of Emerald Retirement Home in Niagara Falls Canada I am currently a resident and in the process of moving out because of substandard food and lack of respect and accommodation for non smokers The general manager who set up the room no longer replies to my e mails about the smoking and other issues with my stay here.
