Refused refund
I ordered 2 rugs. When the delivery came, the packing slip showed the correct items; however, the box only contained 1 rug and not either of the rugs I ordered. I contacted them and they provided a shipping label to return the wrong item, which I did. They then proceeded to refund me for 1 rug but not the other that I never received. I called to inquire why I was not getting a full refund and was advised once the rug was returned I would get a refund. I explained that I only received one rug and couldn't return something I never received.
