So, I'd avoid sunlu.....
So, to begin with I ordered a sunlu AMS heater for my Bambu Labs AMS system. This seemed like a great idea and product. But, who knows. I'm probably never going to receive it. Why? Because they use the shop app, which is buggy, full of spyware and actually doesn't do what it needs to. Mainly, track the order. You have NO way to track your order unless you use this shop app. It does ask you to log in. No issue. But, then it wants your email, and it wants you to log into your email through the shop app. This, to me, is phishing in the most obvious way. So, sunlu needs to do better. Provide a way to track the package without having to give out secure information. This isn't the first issue with sunlu though. I've purchased FDM filament and it is, to be perfectly blunt, garbage. Poor spooling to the point where it tangles and you lose at least half the roll, not a very good quality filament and inconsistent diameters make their filament products not worth the money. And customer service? What customer service? You send an email and never hear from them. They have your money, why bother actually returning an email query? I'll never purchase form sunlu again as a result of this shady shipping practice.
