If anyone would like to see my review please look on facebook for Best Buy. To not make such a Long review, just let say that BB lied to us on our accounts. Both my wife and my accounts. We both purchased the Geeksquad and Total protection Plus package. Now when I needed service on a 4k tv I bought in Feb of24 I am told that that was Not covered. I had paid for this coverage for two straight yrs. Now, "oh, sorry that is out of coverage." when just a week before they told me all my products were covered including this tv. And Now they want to charge me Again in July for this Worthless coverage at $200.00. What crooks! This is truly dishonesty and theft.I have been a Loyal BB customer for about 20 yrs and have spent Over $35,000 there. They have really screwed this relationship with a Loyal and Paying customer up. They have lost my business and my wife and I will both cancel our BB credit cards. Sams is only 1/2 mile from Best Buy. What dishonor and dishonesty. All this is my personal opinion based on my experience with BB when I needed to use the protection that I Paid for. No more Best Buy. I caution others, hope you don't get the same or worse treatment from BB. 6-11-2026 Clyde Scurry
