Item was ordered on 2nd April 2025 eta about 10th April, lsst updated item still in China o 5th April. When contacted Lazada today on 14th April helpdesk suggested and state they need 5 to 7 days to cancel this order and the refund will be delayed😡. Possible don't buy from Lazada service turn from bad to worse now.
Lately experienced twice item purchased just send a small envelope! One was immediately refund, another one drag and delay till today 17 days still never refund. 3 days ago (last Friday) chat with Lazada and mentioned that will make a police report and they immediately told me the refund was approved but in their app no update and check my bank no refund will wait till later today no refund will make a police report! * Suspect they are making false transaction to do money laundering in Singapore! Many case has been report sellers change name and still sell again in their platform.
Shopee promo is Gimmick and cheating! 1724650647859114044 shopee case number 2023 On 1111, i purchased a monitor light with no promotion price, but I saw the Shopee 30% unlimited coins cashback. Before i made my payment, I saw the cashback amount was around 1019 coins appeared and started to click payment. Unfortunately, i didn't do a screenshot at that time, and I don't know if anyone will do that. Yesterday 15/11 when I clicked "item received " and found out there, the 30% was not credited into my account. When I brought up this issue, the team replied that I didn't apply for the cashback! How could it be, the item there is no promotion price and the only promo is the 30% unlimited coins cashback. Do you think I'm so stupid that I didn't apply the cashback? Or can i ask the public, will you apply the cashback if you were me when the item has a 30% cashback? * Earlier, there were twice that i made reviews for the items I purchased, but the coins were not credited into my account! Now i had requested a return and refund of this item! Already info the seller Baseus, they mentioned if item open they will lodged police report?! May I asked the public, when you received an item delivered to you, do you open and checked all accessories must be inorder before you click item received? Standard replied from Shopee to ppl that made a complaint is useless nothing has been done!
