The customer service received from Amr Atef was outstanding in dealing with an issue I had with a 7.5 Litre pot. It had developed some blemishes on the cooking surface, which developed and was not due to improper use. Never dishwashed, only hand cleaned and dried. The pot was a prize that I won some 18 months ago and therefore I had no proof of purchase, a requirement needed under warranty claims. But thanks to Amr and his very quick and efficient assistance, Hexclad have kindly offered me a free of charge replacement for which I am truly grateful.
