I booked a ticket
I booked a ticket, which was twice as expensive as in normal times. I booked it for 8/09 2020 but then I got the ticket for Then I called to reschedule my journey and they denied. Then I asked for a refund, they again denied. Even the cancellation was free. I had no choice but to book another ticket again. They didn't even return a penny, despite the ticket being as expensive They said they have no refund and return policy but they never did anything for booking my ticket for the wrong day Worst service and I will never use it.
