I had gotten my Nebroo hearing aids
I had gotten my Nebroo hearing aids, but unfortunately I have tinittus really bad. The sound from the hearing aids made the tinittus worse. I had tried calling them multiple times but could never get through to anyone. I finally emailed them and Marianne from Customer Support, called me. Unfortunately we were playing phone tag. I just needed to know how to send them back with the RRR Code since I never got to speak with anyone. She was more than helpful. Very understanding. GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM HER. Because of her, I would definitely recommend anyone to get the hearing aids.
