Worst customer service and company!
Worst customer service and company! I ordered Ruko F11 PRO, the product wasn't shipped yet and I asked for a refund because I didn't need it anymore. Not going much into details, because of their poor and VERY SLOW communication, they still shipped the product and I had a lot of financial losses because of that (I'm not in the US, the product is being shipped via 3rd party shipping company). I'm very VERY disappointed. Won't recommend at all.
