Outstanding after sales
Just want to say that your after sales team are truly outstanding. I had an unfortunate misdelivered package during Christmas. Susan and all the team went above and beyond to help me receive a replacement A30 anti snore headphones for my long suffering wife! Thank you soundcore you are out of this world for your understanding and quick resolution even though I contacted almost a month after the issue happened. Thank you for everything. I'm buying another pair of your brilliant headphones for the effort you put into taking care of me. Donal
