Horrible return system that's difficult to navigate
*** UPDATE - Encompass reached out after I submitted this review. She promptly emailed me a shipping label and they refunded my purchase price after I shipped it back. I appreciate the follow up and customer care... I have upgraded the rating from 1 star to 4. Thank you Encompass for making it right. *** Ordered a fishing reel handle. It arrived and wasn't the correct part. I requested to return it and get a refund. I got an ambiguous email that gave NO information about how to return the item. And there is no clear information on their website for returns either. It appears they make returns difficult and I don't have time to jump through their hoops. I'm out $65, and will never use this company again. Very poor business practice.
