Redbus is one of the worst app for ticket booking. Redbus doesn't deserve one star rating but i do not have any option that's why i have selected one star. The service of Redbus is worst (literally too bad). I have booked a ticket through redbus. The timing of my bus was 11.30PM. I was standing on highway, waiting for the bus but the bus didn't come till 1AM. I tried to call to the bus conductor and driver as well but they didn't pick up my call. Then i tried to call to redbus customer care, they said to me that we were not able to contact to the bus conductor. I was waiting for the bus till 3 AM on highway and finally i took a new bus on highway and now when i am asking for the refund they are not refunding my money. When i am asking for the transaction details they are giving me the details related to my payment during ticket booking. These Guys are really pathetic. I have a special request to ladies, never ever choose redbus. It is not safe for anyone.
