I purchased an HYSapientia air fryer oven via Amazon, such a great product worked/ cooked fabulously but after 10 months it just stopped working, I contacted the company who sympathetically replied within 24 hours and sorted out a replacement and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Best customer service ever!
