The team at Ross Coates did a good job. There were issues with communication and sometimes calls were not answered. Conveyancing process was smooth and there was a slight delay due to Christmas. Updated 16/06/2026. Found out that company had not completed everything and that my deed application was not submitted. Company is now closed. Invoice was less than initially expected.
