Reluctant to give one star
Reluctant to give one star. This service is awful. I ordered from Chain Reaction bikes (Wiggle). I allegedly am receiving Priority service. I was supposed to receive my package 3 days after being dispatched—that was 6 days ago. The staff who answered my email and phone inquiries were courteous. They gave me three different delivery windows since Fri (writing this on Mon) and failed to show up in any of them. When the delivery person finally did drop the item off, they left my package about 6 ft away from the sidewalk outside the gate to my apartment building. The person was nowhere in sight and my package could easily have been taken in a neighbourhood where that's likely to happen. $86 in customs and taxes later. My cycling pants are no longer ‘a deal’.
