Doesn't it seem odd that most reviews that praise this company refer to Paul? One person for a booking company this big!? Don't be fooled. I had a bad feeling after I booked with them. I looked up reviews on other sites and found no positive reviews so I cancelled my card. Now Paul won't leave me alone. He keeps emailing me for payment but I have no confirmation. All the reviews I read said no one will respond by phone or email. Paul sure communicates a lot when he wants payment! Below is the email I responded with. I sent this email for all those customers scammed and frustrated by this company. (Why don't you send me a booking confirmation number and I will then submit the payment? It seems your online reviews suck at best. It seems you make no effort to communicate with customers once you have dropped the ball on the commitment you guys have made. It seems as if your priority is collecting the fees and then half ass trying to live up to your obligations while not caring about the distress you put your customers in. Book the trip and send commitment info, and I'll be happy to pay you at that time.)
