I am pretty impressed with the result. The process seem a bit opaque, the only way to know about the process is emailing the person assigned, and still, they wont provider much info, but as soon as there some news, they Will wirte you back. In general i am very happy with the service and the supoort provided by Agnieszka. They helped me to claim a compensation for a flight that happened 3 years ago and Iberia was refusing to compensate.
