Take care with warranty. I purchased an yihi minisx sl class that has short issues. I sent them a video explained evreything as they asked. All good until i asked for my refund. To get a full refund you need to send the product back, no matter that is useless product. They are forcing you basically, to accept their offers instead of getting a paypal refund, because you need to pay for shipping to return the product. They did offer me a store credit which i declined, because i want to buy locally in case of warranty issues. I have bought from other chinese vape Retailers, never had an issue with warranty problems. They refunded instantly when there were problems. Later edit: i have been in contact with one of your operators. Its been 2 weeks since i have been contacted for a replacement. No news yet. Ioan
