Great Customer Service Support
First, I would like praise on Customer Support on Facebook, they were really great with prompt reply and assist as much as they can to fulfill my request. But the process in the system quite takes long leadtime proceed to ship. My shipment takes 5 business days to process all procedures. I knew that I’m not the only one user at the time so, if can it be improve, I would be appreciated it.
