they sent me a faulty handheld shock absorbing arm ! They refused to send me a return address after a day from a delivery... they keep sending responses that are not related to my return inquiry. They also provided illegal invoice - that is against the EU law. Despite that their warehouse is located in Poland (not Hong Kong) they sent me an invoice without VAT and without their own active VAT number !
