If I could give a minus star I would, dress was supposed to arrive no later than 18 June. Still in transit, daughter has no dress and occasion has now passed.Hundreds of pounds for nothing, I’m told no refund until I return dress which will cost to send back when it eventually arrives. *update* I’ve been advised by company to be patient and offered a 40% refund, even though I’ve explained many many times the dress is pointless now. Best advice I can give is do not use this company. So still no refund, the dress finally arrived and I have to return as not needed, however I’ve put an extract of part of their returns policy: ABOUT REFUND “All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund GBP 229.99 once we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. And we reserve the right to keep your refund if the parcel isn't returned within the required time.” I am really struggling to get a refund, they don’t cover cost of returning, and if it doesn’t arrive within a timeframe which hasn’t even been clarified they won’t refund. Ironic, considering I’m trying to get a refund for a dress that didn’t arrive within agreed time frame! This is a company that has a Uk web address but isn’t in the Uk at all, customer service is appalling. Don’t use them.
