Marc Wagner did a great job of explaining the new proposal to me which allowed me to extend my current coverage at a very reasonable cost! He also ensured I understood the summary of the new proposal in which I was not sure I understood the costs associated with the renewal/extension; after 2 minutes with Marc I understood!!
