Do not buy if you are in the UK
I have purchsed multiple watches through San Martin. The first two were fine, but the tird was a complete nightmare. The bottom line is, if you are based in the UK do not take the risk of buy San Martin watches. The watch was initially lost. Then they found it and there was a £50 duty on top because they had shipped it differently to the last two. Additionally, the watch is being held 20 miles away, where I have to go and get it. I have been talking to San Martin reps through the website for a week. They are not helpful. You will speak to multiple people and each person will say something different. Finally, they said that they will provide a £20 partial refund due to the inconvenience and the fact I have to travel so far. I do not drive, The next day they changed their mind about the partial refund. I cannot imagine what would happen if your watch developes a fault. Do yourself a favour and play it safe with your money. Do not spend hundreds of pounds on San Martin watches when the risk is so high. Update - I will email San Martin as requested below, but I have no confidence they offer a solution.
