I purchased a 16 inch colour 4 wig in small. They send me a colour 2 wig more like a medium. Meant to be indian hair but feels too thin to be indian and it's very very stiff and dry. They argued continuously that they dyed the hair to 4 that's why it was dry?? And send a photo of what colour 2 looks like arguing it is 4. The picture they send of colour 2 is EXACTLY what I got. So they proved me right. There is no plucking on this hair as advertised either. It looks so fake just like a 70 pound aliexpress wig no different.
