If you can send the proof to show it is synthetic hair, we can pay you $1000000 USD .

Hi Janice, thanks for your feedback. It's your first time buying a human hair wig right? I understand you usually wear synthetic wigs and synthetic wigs are inexpensive. I admit human hair wigs are not as full as synthetic wigs and sometimes synthetic wigs even look better. so I suggest you keep wearing synthetic wigs in the future.We will do refund for you and you can just return it, you don't have to worry about that. please just email us some pictures to show the wig is still brand new and the lace is uncut off, then we will send our return address. when we receive your return wig,will do refund for you.
