Like many in this forum this company sells premium products but it does not mirror what they market themselves - especially their customer service. This is the problem with Chinese companies and Pitaka is a prime example of one and are very far in achieving status of similar western companies. I ordered the product , did not receive as promised as they contracted a very poor local contractor to deliver my product. It's been 1 week sitting in the country and yet they take no responsibility of the delivery. Asked me to call this local company which is far far worse then this customer service. It would be a miracle if you can actually get through. There is not case management as the customer service do not respond to mail only writing a nasty review gets a little bit of attention via Messenger . Then go silent and I even asked for a refund as if I ordered a case from Apple which is about the same price I paid for the Iphone 12 case, I would have got it a week ago. Once again no response. I got better customer service from a company who I pay for something 10 times lower. People beware as this is my last and only purchase from this company.
