My mom ordered me a Kuromi wireless speaker Back at the beginning of November for Christmas. We were giving a tracking number and it showed it was delivered at the end of January, but we were never given a USPS tracking number. Even though the tracking number we were given shows that it was delivered at the post office. The post office doesn’t have it and won’t help us because we don’t have a USPS Tracking number. I messaged The Company a couple weeks ago with no response. I just reached out again via Instagram in hopes that I hear something. I just want my cute speaker.
