I am satisfied with the furniture not your customer service
I am satisfied with your furniture. Looks great, well built but I am not satisfied with what it required to get. Initially delivered by Ryder with the loveseat missing its legs and stained in two places on one end by what appeared to be oil/grease. I understand that you save money by using third party delivery however they also deliver washer/dryers etc and as a result the trucks are dirty. Your “customer service” rep Sarah nevarez was rude and aggressive when I told her I refused delivery as I ordered new furniture not furniture that was going to require “stain removal” from no doubt another third party contractor. She reluctantly agreed to send a new piece but informed me that it would be a one time thing. This is your customer service? If I wanted dirty/stained furniture I’d buy it on FB and pay a lot less. As I said, the furniture is lovely and has arrived at last. I will not recommend you company to others because of what I have stated.
