Purchased the Anda Seat Kaiser 2 XL…
Purchased the Anda Seat Kaiser 2 XL Gaming Chair as it matched my size and build, I am 6ft 1 and weigh in at around 110kg (about 242.51 lb.). Had the chair for nearly 2 years and no issues very comfortable! I spend a lot of time on the computer. Just before the warranty expired, the tilt mechanism failed, and the chair would no longer stay upright. Contacted Andaseat directly via email they were very helpful and organized FOC replacement parts delivered straight to my door! Very quick delivery! Very helpful customer service. chair is back to being good as new. I rarely leave a review for any company, but I was astounded by their service, and product support would highly recommend them!
