It's a scam
The short of it: Linennaive is a scam. Ordered a dress, took a long time to arrive. Despite measuring myself and ordering according to their size chart, it was far too big. They are full of excuses why. Won't cover the cost of the return postage although the item is not as advertised. For the return postage they ask you to lie and say the item is worth $33 and the recipient is an individual, not Linennaive the company. They offered a paltry 15% off for a tailor to fix it, but that's about $25 and won't cover it. They would not budge higher. I checked reviews (wish I'd checked first before ordering) and saw that people weren't getting their refunds after returning items, so that combined with asking me to lie cemented for me that I shouldn't return it and risk being down the cost, the return postage cost, and the dress too. I have accepted the 15% because I'm tired of the back and forth for the last couple of weeks. I will be shocked if I actually receive it. Please don't order from this scam website. I understand it's tempting and they look beautiful on social media, but they're not worth the risk.
