Do not order from these people if you think you may have to return an item! First off you will not speak to anyone from the US,. They claim a return fee for $11.99 for a label that you have to print out yourself. But wait, there’s more! On top of that they charge another shipping fee! WTH! They kept almost $20 of my purchase price because their boots were not quality and did not fit true to size. I am beyond livid. Horrible business practices. Shady at best.
