Jewellery not fit for purpose
Ive gave them a 1 would give zero if could. I would never buy from them again the first bracelet broke after a day they were only willing to give me 10% of the cost back and told me I should be able to mend it myself I refused there offer and stupidly I agreed to have another one made which has come and its not even very well made the stone that should be either side of the 2 hearts are not both facing the same way.
