I had placed an order for air filters - the process was excellent. Payment went through and my order was to be processed. Unfortunately your company couldn't ship the product to Canada. I received an email stating such. It did take some time to receive my credit back onto my credit card which I most likely paid interest on however the service I rec'd from your customer service people was efficient and courteous.
