Customer service is awful. I do not write many reviews but the customer service team are poor and communication very slow. I ordered the model 4 along with a mat etc and recurring order of filters/bags with an estimated shipping of 1-2 days. The same product was available on Amazon but I ordered from the supplier thinking this would be better. A week goes past and no shipping. I contact them and they tell me it will be shipped soon. No it wasn't. Contacted again and asked for refund so I could order it from Amazon. No it's shipping please hold on. 12 days after order, of yeah we can't ship it as we don't have the mat. Ok well cancel the mat and ship everything else. Sure no problem. A few days later. Sorry but we accidentally cancelled all of your order by mistake instead of just the mat. So waited 2 weeks just to go back and order from Amazon. Customer service. Clueless Attention to customer orders. Poor Communication. Poor I just hope that this thing works properly or I will go back to petkit.
