Such an amazing company
Such an amazing company! I order from them regularly, and recently have had a great interaction I wanted to put out there. My order was either lost in delivery or stolen from my doorstep after delivery, as it was listed as delivered but was not there. I contacted Fedex about this and it's been over a week and no help. I emailed Icon just to see if maybe they had more tracking info than Fedex, but not only was my email answered in less than an hour, but they sent me a gift card with the balance of my missing order, so I could reorder and not have a week of no food! I thought I was simply out of luck and would be hungry, but thankfully Icon customer service really saved the day!! It's nice to know there are some companies out there that still care about their customers!
