So the company says they are now making masks for overweight people, like this will solve my problem. Guess what, I'm not fat!
Unfortunately, my opinion hasn't changed. The mask doesn't fit, and customer service seems to respond to a poor review much quicker than an email. I really wanted this mask to work, but the straps just don't. The straps are not separate where they meet the mask. When the top strap is tight enough, the bottom one is too loose. When the bottom one is tight enough, the top one is way too tight. Just doesn't work.
