Really heartbroken and disappointed
Really heartbroken and disappointed. I know personally theyve given influencers and social media people bags and bags of jewelry, and replaced parts of their necklaces/pieces when missing, but was just told they wouldnt do the same for me., for a singular dog tag. Heartbreaking, as i really love their stuff, and work as a teacher so I have to save up every few months to buy pieces. My dog tag was like my armor, and sadly the actual tag somehow disappeared, and I even asked to buy the singular tag at a discounted price. Customer service just gave me a coupon, but its the exact same rate as the ones I have, because I shop here so often, so the store literally gives you codes if you spend a certain amount. Really sad, it meant a lot to me, and helped me with my faith, and to be insulted with the same coupon i have because i already spent so much in the past was hurtful. edit: I was wrong, its actually less than all 3 codes I already was able(and am able still) to use because I shop here so often lol
