No Support
We ordered a complete key set for a 2006 Dodge Dakota work truck. The key came to us cut(via a photo) and it starts the truck. We tried to program the key (a dozen times) and does not work. Called the company several times and no one answers the telephone. Completed their online request for support and call requested technical call back. No one called back and absolutely no support. We do not recommend 7/24/26 I have read your answer / response. Do not buy from this company. Very unethical As an owner of a small manufacturer I understand customer service very well. Your company is still sending me emails stating that someone would call. No one ever did. In regards to your statement someone called that night. It is untrue. Our telephone system has an elaborate call identification module. A simple call from your tech service would have corrected these issues and I would not be wasting my time on a second review. I made a mistake buying from your company and hopefully other people will read this and buy from other reputable companies.
